AWS Lambda is a serverless compute service that runs code in response to events and automatically manages the underlying compute resources for you. You can use AWS Lambda to extend other AWS services with custom logic, or create your own back-end services that operate at AWS scale, performance, and security. AWS Lambda can automatically run code in response to multiple events, such as HTTP requests via Amazon API Gateway, modifications to objects in Amazon S3 buckets, table updates in Amazon DynamoDB, and state transitions in AWS Step Functions. Lambda runs code on high-availability compute infrastructure and performs all the administration of the compute resources, including server and operating system maintenance, capacity provisioning and automatic scaling, code and security patch deployment, and code monitoring and logging.
The AWS SDK for Java provides a Java API for Amazon Web Services. Using the SDK, i can easily build Java applications that work with Amazon S3, Amazon EC2, Amazon SimpleDB, and more. We regularly add support for new services to the AWS SDK for Java.
AWS offers a range of services for dynamically scaling servers including the core compute service, Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), along with various storage offerings, load balancers, and DNS. You can control these services either through the AWS console or by way of AWS’s extensive API. But there are a number of third-party libraries for using this API. For Python, we have Boto which allows you to write some handy scripts to automate simple things like starting or stopping EC2 instances or taking regular snapshots of your servers.
The first AWS networking concept i should be familiar with is Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC). Amazon VPC allows to provision logically isolated sections of the AWS Cloud where i can launch AWS resources in a virtual network that i define. I can think of a VPC as the high-level container for my infrastructure.
.NET Core support enables development of serverless C# applications using AWS Lambda and Amazon API Gateway using the asynchronous programming model for .NET standard 1.3 and above. Using C#, i will find it much easier to handle AWS Lambda functions instead of trying to achieve the same result using other languages. And the NuGet packages for AWS SDK will expose many of the needed functionality for your Lambda Function.

Carol Bartz has been an excellent resource for our project. He communicates clearly and well, and has great expertise in the area we were needing help. We would without a doubt recommend him, and will re-use his services for similar projects in future.

It has been a pleasure working with John. Not only is he extremely capable, he adheres to deadlines, understands briefs extremely well and is absolutely professional. Carol Bartz communicated with me every step of the way. We gave him a complex project to work on, but he exceeded our expectations every step of the way. I enjoyed working with Carol Bartz and hope to again.

Are you not able to take any decision about, which public cloud service provider is going to be best for your business? There is no doubt that the AZURE and Amazon Web service (AWS) are the leaders in this market. You have to choose from these two options (because there is no other cloud provider that lies between AWS and AZURE in terms of public cloud) and understand which cloud service provider is best for your business needs in a cost-effective way.
